Restored in 2021 and furbished with a sofa bed (queen size bed 60" x 80"), fitted kitchenette, wood floor, beamed ceiling, and everything you need from induction hob to knives and forks, furnished with independently controlled heating, microwave oven, and optical fibre high speed wi-fi connection. Also in the flat, you will find an electric kettle and the washing machine,

Closest supermarket is 5 mins walk away, around the corner is Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, Boboli Gardens and many beautiful churches together with the conveniences for day to day living.

The studio flat is at the 3rd floor with no elevator (that is 4th floor for US scheme), some 60 stairs to go up.

While I will be more than happy to help you with your luggage, please note that it is not suitable for wheelchair access.

The location of the Via delle Caldaie studio flat is very convenient for shops, bars and restaurants and all the historic attractions are within a 10 minute walk! Bus stop to and from the Santa Maria Novella train station is a 2 minute walk.
